THE COLLECTION

In this collection the user is involved in the process of making clothes by finishing the garments with handsewing. Everyone has their own way of stitching and people can choose their own colour of thread and in that way it can be personalized. The method is easy, everyone can do it and to each garment a user manual follows.

The collection takes visual inspiration from a mechanics workshop and their work with taking a car apart, repairing and garthering again.

Mechanics collection

The motivation behind this
collection is that many of us stopped owning clothes and started consuming them. We have so much, and don’t give much thought when we buy and discard things. This collection is an
experiment about how to bring value back to the clothes and the user.
